Communication & Support
We respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours. During high-demand seasons (such as prom and bridal), response times may be slightly longer, but every message will be answered as promptly as possible.

Fittings & Satisfaction
Custom clients receive a fitting to ensure proper fit. Complex garments may require additional fittings to achieve the best possible final result.
While custom garments cannot be refunded, we aim for each piece to meet or exceed your expectations within the agreed-upon design.
Timeliness & Client Responsibilities
Timely communication, attending appointments, and providing accurate information helps us deliver your garment on schedule. Missed appointments or delays in communication may impact your timeline.
Issue Resolution

Processing Fees
Debit and credit card transactions include a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee, which is automatically applied at checkout.
To avoid processing fees, clients are welcome to pay via cash or Zelle.
Sales Tax
A 7% sales tax is added to all orders, including custom garments, ready-to-wear items, alterations, and digital products.
Deposits

A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders over $300.

Orders under $300 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Deposits are applied toward your final balance.
Final Payments
Final balances must be paid before pickup or shipping.
For custom garments, the remaining balance is typically due at the final fitting or prior to collection.
Secure Payments
All payments are processed through trusted, secure platforms such as Wix Payments, Stripe, and PayPal, ensuring your financial information is handled safely.
Late Payments
Failure to submit payment on time may delay production or pickup. Custom work will not continue until required payments are received.
