Prom and Bridal consultations require a $100 fee, which goes toward the garment balance, plus a $3.50 processing fee. Other custom orders require a $50 consultation fee and a $3.50 processing fee. Consultation fees are applied to your final balance if you proceed with your custom order. This fee secures your appointment and design discussion and is non-refundable once the consultation is completed.
All custom and digital product sales are final. Each order is uniquely designed for you, so there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom items or gowns. If there is an issue with a shipped garment, contact us within 36 hours via email to document the incident. Alterations can be arranged if necessary. Boutique items are exchange only. Contact us within 36 hours to address returns. Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order if unworn and unwashed. In rare cases, discretionary refunds may be issued after labor has begun, minus materials, consultation fee, and labor hours.
Yes, we ship! Shipping is available for both custom and ready-to-wear items, with standard shipping fees applied.
Local pickups are also available by appointment. Please ensure balance payment is received prior to pickup or shipment. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided when ordering. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to populate in the carrier's system.

Standard turnaround time for custom garments is 3–4 weeks. Custom wedding and prom orders may take 4 to 6 weeks. Boutique items process within 2 to 7 days plus shipping time. Rush orders (needed within 3–7 days) may be accepted based on availability and will include a rush fee depending on design complexity.
