• A deposit of $150 is required to secure your event date
• The remaining balance is due the day of the event upon arrival

Deposit & Payment:

I understand a deposit is required to secure my event date. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event.

Setup Time

I understand Lumi Booth Co. requires 30 minutes prior to the event start time for setup, which does not count toward my booked service time.

On-Site Attendant

I understand an on-site attendant is included for the full duration of service to operate and monitor the booth.

Event Assets & Overlay Quality

I understand I am responsible for providing clear, high-resolution images for overlays, and Lumi Booth Co. is not responsible for quality issues caused by low-resolution files.

Agreement
